About us

Jumulu Group is a proudly female led, 100% First Nations owned and operated company. Our name, Jumulu, comes from the Gija word for the boab tree — a powerful symbol of resilience and cultural connection from the Kimberley region of Western Australia. Like Gija Jumulu, the iconic tree relocated to Kings Park in 2008, we represent strength, journey, and enduring spirit.

We bridge the gap between exceptional First Nations talent and meaningful career opportunities in corporate and government sectors across Australia.

Our co-founders bring extensive experience in professional services, Indigenous consulting, business banking, not-for-profit, and government. They understand what it takes to succeed in complex environments and have a sharp eye for identifying and nurturing high-performing talent.

With lived experience and cultural insight, our leadership team provides strategic, values-aligned support tailored to both candidates and employers.

At Jumulu Group, we go beyond recruitment. We build lasting relationships that empower First Nations professionals to thrive and help organisations grow through genuine inclusion. Our cultural intelligence and business expertise ensure we deliver talent that not only meets but exceeds expectations.

We’re more than a recruitment agency — we’re a bridge to a brighter future, grounded in First Nations excellence and driven by purpose.
